About HOTWORX
HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio where members complete virtual instructor-led workouts inside infrared saunas. We offer 12 different workout programs plus a functional training area featuring dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, and more.

What You’ll Do
Sales & Growth
Deliver confident, engaging studio tours
Present and sell memberships and retail products
Follow up with leads and prospective members
Help the studio meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Member Experience
Greet every guest with professionalism and enthusiasm
Assist members in selecting programs aligned with their goals
Build strong relationships that drive retention and referrals
Marketing & Community
Contribute to social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Represent HOTWORX in the Grimes community
Support local promotions and events
Studio Operations
Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready environment
Complete daily checklists and administrative tasks
Process transactions and manage scheduling accurately
Staffed Hours
Monday–Thursday: 11am–8pm
Friday: 9am–6pm
Saturday: 9am–2pm
Evening and Saturday availability required.
