Position: Full-Time Lead Sales Associate
About the Role
HOTWORX is looking for a driven, high-energy leader to help grow studio performance, lead the team, and deliver an exceptional member experience. This is a sales + leadership role where you’ll set the tone, hit goals, and support daily operations.
What You’ll Do
• Drive membership sales, retail, and revenue goals
• Lead by example and help coach/train team members
• Deliver top-tier customer service and studio tours
• Follow up with leads and build strong member relationships
• Support daily operations (cleanliness, systems, scheduling)
• Assist with social media and community outreach
Staffed Hours
Mon–Thurs: 11AM–8PM
Friday: 9AM–6PM
Saturday: 9AM–2PM
What We’re Looking For
• Sales experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Goal-driven, organized, and self-motivated
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Social media savvy
• Flexible schedule (evenings + weekends)
