We're looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven General Manager to lead one of our studio locations. What You'll Do
As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your studio by leading your team, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional member experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead daily studio operations while creating a positive, high-energy culture.
- Drive membership growth through sales, community outreach, networking, and local marketing initiatives.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Hold team members accountable to performance goals while recognizing and celebrating success.
- Deliver an outstanding experience for every member and guest from the moment they walk through the door.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, reporting, inventory, and overall studio performance.
- Utilize CRM, POS, billing, texting, and email marketing systems to maximize sales and member retention.
- Execute social media and grassroots marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Build relationships within the community through partnerships, events, and local businesses.
- Lead by example with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.
- Complete all required training and continuously develop your leadership and sales skills.

- Willingness to work approximately 40–45 hours per week, including some evenings and Saturdays as business needs require.
