Position: Fitness Sales Associate

About HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio delivering results-driven workouts inside infrared saunas, led by virtual instructors.

Our studios offer:
• 12 different infrared sauna workouts
• Functional training area (FX Zone) with weights, kettlebells, battle ropes & more
• A high-energy, goal-driven environment

We combine heat, infrared energy, and exercise to help members get MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME.

The Opportunity

This is more than a front desk role — this is a sales + customer experience position inside one of the fastest-growing fitness brands in the country.

What You’ll Do

Drive Sales & Studio Growth
• Promote and sell memberships, packages, and retail
• Follow up with leads and current members
• Execute outreach and build relationships in the community

Create an Exceptional Member Experience
• Greet and connect with every member and guest
• Conduct studio tours and walk prospects through the HOTWORX experience
• Help members get started with workouts and feel confident

Support Studio Operations
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Assist with scheduling, transactions, and member accounts
• Stay consistent with daily tasks and expectations

Be Part of the Brand
• Contribute to social media (content, stories, engagement)
• Bring energy, positivity, and professionalism to every shift
• Work as a team to hit sales and retention goals

Staffed Hours

Mon–Thurs: 11AM–8PM
Friday: 9AM–6PM
Saturday: 9AM–2PM

What We’re Looking For

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule (evenings + weekends required)
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
