Fitness Sales Associate

HOTWORX Sioux City is looking for motivated Fitness Sales Associates who are ready to grow, inspire others, and help drive membership growth inside one of the fastest-growing fitness brands in the country.
This role is more than a front desk job — it’s a sales, customer experience, and leadership development opportunity in a fast-paced studio environment.
About HOTWORX
HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio where members complete virtual instructor-led workouts inside infrared saunas. Our workouts combine heat, isometrics, HIIT, and strength training to deliver MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME.
Our studio features:
• 12 different infrared sauna workouts
• Functional training area (FX Zone) with free weights, kettlebells, battle ropes & more
• A high-energy, goal-driven culture
What You’ll Do
Sales & Studio Growth
• Lead studio tours and present membership options
• Promote and sell memberships, retail, and upgrades
• Follow up with leads and prospects
• Work toward and exceed monthly sales goals
Member Experience
• Greet every member and guest with energy and enthusiasm
• Help members choose workouts that fit their goals
• Build relationships that increase retention
Marketing & Operations
• Assist with social media and community outreach
• Capture content and help promote studio events and specials
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment
• Support daily operational tasks
Staffed Hours
Monday–Thursday: 11AM–8PM
Friday: 9AM–6PM
Saturday: 9AM–2PM
Evening and weekend availability required.
