We’re Hiring: Spa Associate | LIVE Hydration Spa Gretna

LIVE Hydration Spa Gretna is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and sales-driven Spa Associate to join our team!

This role is perfect for someone who loves health and wellness, enjoys connecting with people, and is confident recommending services and products while creating an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide an outstanding experience for every client from check-in to check-out
• Educate clients on LIVE services, memberships, packages, and retail products
• Recommend and upsell services and add-ons based on each client’s needs
• Follow up with leads and current clients to help drive appointments and sales
• Assist with social media content, promotions, and community outreach
• Confidently use our booking system, POS, texting platforms, and other technology
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client questions
• Support daily spa operations and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with clients
• Sales-minded and motivated by goals
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
• Familiar with social media and comfortable creating basic content
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Interested in health, wellness, and the services LIVE offers
• Previous sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus

Weekend availability is required.
