About HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed workouts inside infrared saunas, plus a functional training area. Our mission is simple:

What You'll Do

• Give high-energy studio tours and enroll new members
• Follow up with leads and help grow memberships
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Build relationships with members and keep them motivated
• Create social media content and represent the HOTWORX brand
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
• Participate in ongoing sales and training

Schedule

Staffed Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Evening and Saturday availability is required.

• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable creating social media content
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn

Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!
